How To Order

To place an order for a handcrafted product, please click on the 'Place Order' button on the left or follow the link at the bottom of this page.

When placing and order, please ensure you complete your personal details and order details in full including your prefered design specification and material choices (ie: rune symbols / crystals / wood type), this is to enable us to make your products to your exact requirements.

An order confirmation will be sent to you by email within 24 hours of us receiving your order. The confirmation will confirm that your choosen materials are in stock, an estimated date for dispatch, and the total cost of your order including postage and packaging.

Payment will only be requsted once your product is made and ready for dispatch.  A Payment Request will be sent to you by email when your product is ready.

Products will only be dispatched once payment is received in full. (if paying by cheque please allow 7 days for your cheque to be received and cleared)

Payment Methods

       Payment can be made by: Credit Card, Cheque, Postal Order, Cash       or Bank Transfer

Credit Card: This is the quickest and easiest method of payment and can be made by using a secure online payment system provided by 'Pay Pal'. We will send you an email Payment Request using 'Pay Pal' which will contain all required information and instructs to make payment along with a link to our secure payment account.   Note: You do not have to have a 'Pay Pal' account to be able to use this secure payment option.

Cheque: Payment by cheque can be sent direct to us by post. Please allow 7 days for your cheque to be received and cleared. All cheques should be made payable to: 'Matter of Energy'  and sent to: Matter of Energy, 3 Glyn Place , East Melbury, Shaftesbury, DORSET, SP7 0DP. Please remember to write your full name and address on the back of the cheque. Please note we are only able to accept cheques in UK £'s.

Postal Order: Payment by Postal Order can be sent direct to us by post. Postal Orders are available from UK Post Offices. However there is usually a charge by the Post Office for this service. Postal Orders should be sent to the address above.

Cash: Payment by cash can be sent to us by post, however we strongly advise against this method as we can not be held responsible for any loss of payment through the postal system. Cash payment that is sent by post is entirley at senders own risk. If you do choose to use this method of payment we advise that you send it by 'Recorded Delivery'. Please note we are only able to accept cash in UK £'s.

Bank Transfer: Payment can be made direct to our  Lloyds TSB Bank Account. If you choose this method of payment, we will send you our bank details and full instructions on the Payment Request'.

NOTE: Payment should be made within 2 days of receiving your 'Payment Request'. Products will be dispatched within 24 hours of us receiving your payment.

Delivery

For handcrafted products that are made to order, please allow upto 28 days for your product to be made and dispatched. (If you require your product urgently, please state this when placing your order)

For products ordered from our current stock, the product will be dispatch within 24 hours of us reciving full payment.

UK Delivery: Products are sent using 'Royal Mail Recored Delivery' and are delivered usually within 2 days after dispatch.

Overseas Delivery: Products are sent usuing 'Royal Mail International Recorded Delivery'. Delivery times are dependant on the individual countries postal service.

Postage and Packaging

The postage and packaging cost for you order will be confirmed on your Order Confirmation. Postage and packaging cost includes insurance against loss or damage during delivery.

UK Delivery - Postage and Packaging (Single Products Only):                                     Rune Sets ~ £5.95,   Healing Wands ~ £4.95,   Feather Wands~ £5.95,                     Pendants, Talisman, Pendulums ~ £2.95,   Multiple Products ~ Dependant on weight (usually £6.95) 

Overseas Delivery - Postage and Packaging (Single Products Only):                               Cost will be confirmed on Order Confirmation ~ Maximum cost £9.95

If you are disatisfied with your product/s or they arrived damaged, we offer a 28 day money back guarantee. We ask you to return the product/s back to us in it's original packaging as soon as possible so that a full refund can be arranged.
